Return Policy

Wanting to cover our customers, and highlight the benefits of using the internet in our daily purchases, we offer the possibility of returning the products. Below we provide you with the terms and means of returning non-defective products.

– The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the request for return should not exceed 15 calendar days.

– Its original (factory) condition has not been violated and destroyed.

RETURN PROCEDURE

1. If you pick up through a transport agencyIn this case:
   1. Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment.
   2. You send the parcel through the transport agency from which you received your order. Please note that return costs are borne by the customer.

We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to its sender at his own expense.
