Container for packing feta cheese and maturing white cheese in brine, with control and brine filling cap and gas escape valve.
The container is 100% watertight, has a perimeter safety tape on the lid and is accompanied by a grid dipping the cheese in the brine to prevent deterioration of the final product.
Made of polypropylene copolymer certified for food packaging and especially for contact with dairy and cheese products.
