The traditional hull is a pan made of sheet metal that is placed on top of the baking pan, of a larger diameter than the baking pan to cover it. Baking is achieved by heating the hull which is covered by the lit embers.
Tips: To protect the utensil from oxidation, it is recommended after the use of good wiping from water and spreading with oil.
