as a baking base. However, if you wish to bake on it, you must
follow the following procedure: Leave the grill on the fire for about 15
minutes, then “pass” it with a lemon and finally place the meat you want to cook.

Tip: It is advisable to place sand or soil at the base of the vessel to avoid damage to its surface.
