Payment methods

1. By card: Every purchase from the website of KONDIS.gr is made at the option of the buyer with the possibility of payment and with VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards. Transactions are carried out electronically securely, in real time (real time), between the Buyer and the cardholder with the National Bank which handles the transaction on behalf of KONDIS.

3. Cash on delivery:

Shipping Products

The orders delivered by courier, will be at your place in 1-3 working days from the day of delivery to the courier ACS, if you are in mainland Greece and 2-5 working days if you are in the island 3-5 working days, if the products are immediately available in the store. The shipment is routed within 1-2 working days from the registration / payment of the order. Orders that are bulky and do not exceed 20 kg will be sent by shipping. In case of orders with extremely bulky or overweight products, the calculation will be made after consultation with the store. Deliveries will be made to all urban centers, central and partner transport in the area, from which you will inform the customer about the receipt. The shipping charge is calculated and suggested in the order form. The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents. For all orders, packaging costs are free.

Shipping charges

All shipping costs are calculated on the total of the shopping cart in the final payment amount, except for the one after consultation, where you should contact the store. Indicatively, the shipping cost up to 6 kg is about 8,00 € (incl. VAT 24%) for shipments throughout Greece.

The cost of cash on delivery is 2,00 € (incl. VAT 24%) throughout Greece.

Order cancellation

Returns policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return part or all of the products you purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. It is emphasized that only products can be exchanged and not refunded.

We are sorry but no changes are made to offer products (promotional products are all discount products in all categories of the e-shop.)

It is clarified that the returned products must not be used, opened, worn, washed, modified or damaged and the labels accompanying the product should be present, just as they were when you received it along with the retail receipt or invoice. The return costs are borne by the customer and he can choose any courier he wishes. The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the request for return should not exceed 14 calendar days. Reshipment – change is also borne by the customer.

If you pick up through a transport agency

In this case:

DEFECTIVE product

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged product, KONDIS will make every effort to replace it with the same or similar product at no extra cost to you. However, you must inform us by e-mail so that we can send you instructions for the return of the product as well as a return code. If the product ceases to be available, it can be replaced with an equivalent product by arrangement. The eshop KONDIS.gr does not have a guarantee policy. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear, misuse and damage when removing the labels.

Limitations of liability
