No preservatives.  For the coagulation of milk and the preparation of cheese.  Each tape measure (included in the package) coagulates 100 kg of milk.  Pasteurize the milk to 65 degrees for 30 minutes, reduce it to 32-35 degrees and keep the temperature constant throughout the coagulation.  Dissolve the powder (cheese) in a little clean water along with a teaspoon of salt and pour the solution into the milk, stirring well 2-3 minutes.
