The orders delivered by courier, will be at your place in 1-3 working days from the day of delivery to the courier ACS, if you are in mainland Greece and 2-5 working days if you are in the island 3-5 working days, if the products are immediately available in the store. For inaccessible areas where there are specific route days, you should contact your local store to find out. The shipment is routed within 1-2 working days from the registration / payment of the order. KONDIS company does not acknowledge the existence of any responsibility in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather events, strikes and force majeure, so the above delivery deadline will be extended as long as the reason for the delay. Orders that are bulky and do not exceed 20 kg will be sent by shipping. In case of orders with extremely bulky or overweight products, the calculation will be made after consultation with the store. Deliveries will be made to all urban centers, central and partner transport in the area, from which you will inform the customer about the receipt. The shipping charge is calculated and suggested in the order form. The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents. For all orders, packaging costs are free.

Shipping charges

All shipping costs are calculated on the total of the shopping cart in the final payment amount, except for the one after consultation, where you should contact the store.

The cost of cash on delivery is 2,00 € (incl. VAT 24%) throughout Greece.
